Genetics, A Question?

Do we become a rogue state through genetics.  Or allow other countries and threats continue with their own agendas?
It's a serious risk worse than The Bomb, I'm certain.
I'm not a genetics person.  But the potential for Hell on Earth..  it's not difficult, I think, to code the various genetic substances?  We can put down in ink and paper the knowledge of what our bodies do. It might be possible t form these molecules using E;-coli. Diabetes insulin, and like 
It's not something I'd like to talk about..  it might prove Hitlereaqsque . Though, the risks might be a bit slap dash?  It might be a good way to go.  Just, don't e zpext medics to let you grow wings, or turn into a giant bluebottle. Because it might happen
Let's avoid genetic corruption, allow the research.  But, let the Genomics prepare for a harsher, more deviant world threat..  I'm bordering on being a Luddite.  Pure Sciences are scarey.  A bloody nightmare..

examination papers etiquette?

Am I right in saying, if you are writing answers in an exam.  School certificate stuff.  If you right a phrase, or paragraph, etc.  if you want to strike it from your answer. Standard procedure is to strike a single line through it. I think that's correct.  9 have cague recollections the examiner may be able to provide additional marks.  Without marking it down   Be aware though, defamations shouldn't be allowed.
